Back to the Pacific Northwest

In July, we were able to spend a fun week in Seattle. We had a blast! Here are some of the fun things we did:

Robby doesn't normally wear Vans with church clothes...he forgot his dressy shoes. 

 

We took the train into Seattle to see Les Miserables at the 5th Avenue Theater. It was seriously such an amazing show.

 We had a backyard BBQ for my birthday complete with roasted marshmallows and my favorite strawberry shortcake! 

We went to Ivar's on the pier. My favorite! 

 We went on a ferry - to go to Fort Casey State Park. 

We had fun playing on the fort, exploring the lighthouse and being out on a beautiful sunny day!

There is nothing like going home. I love being in Washington!

Sweet Treat Date Night

Before our friends Ian and Alejandra moved to Utah (which we are still sad about by the way), we had one last date night. We went to dinner and then they took us to an adorable ice cream shop in Scottsdale, called The Sugar Bowl. Robby and I shared a delicious banana split!
